Pool Rules and Instructions

Hollybrook's Pool Season runs from May 1 to October 1.

Hollybrook's pool season runs from May 1 to October 1.

Enjoy a safe, healthy summer season, please remember that pool regulations are posted on signs at the gates and inside the pool area. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, residents and guests must abide by the following:

**Guests Must Be Accompanied By A Resident At All Times **

  • There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
  • HOA will reach out to the community annually with the updated pool code/combination
  • Post Covid 19 virus precautions, we no longer have a limit on pool capacity (previously 10 patrons at a time). The pool maintenance is  maintained, please swim at your own risk and avoid the pool if you think you may be sick. Thank you for helping keeping our community safe.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be attended by an adult, and no one at any age should swim alone.
  • NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK. There is no underwater lighting in the pool, so even though the pool area (gazebo, etc.) may be used after dark, swimming after dark is not allowed.
  • NO DIVING.
  • NO running, and no horseplay.
  • NO glass.
  • NO pets.
  • NO bicycles, skates, or skateboards.
  • NOISE – Be aware that music & voices carry, and please be considerate of residents, especially those of nearby buildings.
  • The emergency phone is located on a post in the gazebo, and is for emergency use only. If an emergency occurs and 911 asks for the physical location, the address is 5 Hollybrook Drive.
  • TRASH - there is no garbage collection service for the pool, so please bring your own trash bags, clean up your “messes”, and take your trash with you.
  • ALWAYS LOCK THE GATE when leaving.

Private Pool Parties

  • Must be pre-approved by the Board. Contact the HOA board to reserve the gazebo.
  • The number of guests is limited to 10.
  • During private parties, the pool remains open to other residents.
  • Posted regulations and the above instructions must be followed by all guests.
  • Guests must abide by community parking rules (visitor area only, no parking on grass, etc.)

Trespasser Alert

In the past, non-residents have used and attempted to use the facilities, so no matter what time of day, if no one else is in the pool area when you leave, LOCK THE GATE…and report trespassers to the Board.
